Hi! I’m Juliette, founder of Lady Lead Consulting. I believe that balance is key to a harmonious world. Today, leadership positions in the corporate world are still predominantly occupied by men. My mission is to bring more women to the table of managers and executives.
I began my professional journey as a data scientist in France. From there, I moved beyond research to embrace the corporate sphere in Thailand. In five years, I climbed the ladder from data scientist to project manager to CEO and shareholder at the consultancy that had hired me. I nurtured the company, focusing on expansion, client engagement, and cultivating a constructive workplace culture. Today, my extensive experience is a foundation to mentor women embarking on similar paths.

I'm still introverted. We don't change who we are. But we learn strategies to adjust to our environment. We learn to find our voice and our leadership style. I have done it. So can you.
