I grew up thinking that public speaking was torture and that getting too much attention would get me killed. But, hey, that didn't stop me from dreaming of becoming a team leader. So that's what I did, with the help of a career coach. And as soon as I became manager, I discovered a whole world of skills and knowledge that I needed to learn to be as supportive as possible to my team. I later realized that I wanted to work remotely to get the life balance I needed, so I built a strong trust with the director, took shares in the company, and implemented management processes to work fully remotely.

I have applied many methods, first on myself, then on my team, to overcome my timidity, my lack of self-confidence, and my difficulties to stand my ground in front of men. I have coached many team members and clients, until becoming an expert in this field. Today I use these superpowers to help women become the best version of themselves and to speed up their careers.
